8 Simple Tools for Raising Great Kids
My Thoughts:
When I saw that this book was a prospect for review, I jumped on the opportunity. Not only because it sounds like it would be a great tool in my toolbox of parenting but also because at that very moment I was having trouble with my daughter that just turned 12. So of course I said Yes I would love to read the book and do a review.

Life with an Addict
Can you recognize an addict on the street? My guess is probably not, I know because it is like trying to judge if a man is a cheater or a woman is an abusive Mother, it is just something you can NOT look at someone and know. As a community, or nation we tend to look at people and judge them, but the truth is you can't look at people and tell if they are sick, addicts, if they are a rapist, murderer, or even if they are homeless or hungry.
I have seen what addiction can do to a person, and a Family and no good ever comes from any of it. Now I say addicts and instantly everyone thinks drugs, but did you know that there are thousands of different types of addicts? I will go through just a few of the addictions that we as a Nation suffer from today, and try and show you how these addictions affect not only you but your Family.
Facebook, Twitter, Social Media
I am sure this is one that we all can relate to in some form or fashion. Within this addiction you can include your smartphone, computer, email, or even on-line shopping. I you wake up in the morning and one of the first things you do is cheek your email, or Facebook, then guess what? You are a social media junkie! I will be the first to admit, when I get up in the morning, I get my oldest girl up for school, make my pot of coffee and then to the computer I go to see what is going on for the day. Once I check and see what's up then I play Candy Crush, my downfall for the computer pr phone, :(. The downfall to this addiction is not only do you lose contact with the Family that you live with but sometimes this particular site or sites can lead to cheating on your spouse or mate. When you go out to dinner next time, just take 5 minutes and watch the people sitting at the table, not talking to the ones they are with, and have their nose crammed into their phone. Nowadays this addiction is starting at very young ages because chidren as young as 5 are getting their own tablets and smartphones and I think it hurts our community because now we don't now how to talk to other people face to face.
Shopping and Couponing
I have actually had people say to me that there is no such thing as an addiction of couponing or shopping but yes there is. I myself love couponng, and shopping, however if you are buying things because just because you have a coupon, or they are on sale, then you may have a problem. Especially if you don't need it, can't use it, know someone that you will give it to, or have somewhere to put it, then it is an apparent addiction. I have what you would call a stockpile in my home, in fact my son calls it Jennie's Grocery store, LOL.
These are pictures of my Grocery store, excuse the pictures, I dropped my camera and now I have black spots. I show these pictures to show you what couponing can do for you and your Family but to also say that what I have here are things that me and my family will use. I don't just buy it because it is on sale or I have a coupon, although these are tempting times to buy. Also if you are going over on your budget, then you stop and think about why you are purchasing these items.
This addiction carries a lot of positive because you are saving money but it gets bad when you are spending money you don't have, and you are buying more toothpaste (you already have 12 tubes) and not food for the next week. You need to learn a little balance in making sure you have the needs meet then work more on the stockpile. Eventually you'll have everything you need, and see where this can be a great thing.
Sex, Porn
These are some that you can't look at someone and say yelp, they have a problem. People with these addictions typically tend to hide them from embarrassment. Sadly today if you watch TV you are being exposed to the porn much more than a society should be on a regular basis. Personally I feel this desensitizes our society and I know for my family the things that we watch affect the way we feel and think. What am I trying to say? Well, if every movie that is shown is about a woman, who is being beaten by a man, then we start to think that it is normal. Our children see this and the guys think that is how you treat a lady and the girls think that is the normal. Now don't get me wrong, obviously there is still a difference in the movies we watch and porn, However do you know how easy it is to get FREE porn now? I have a 12 year old daughter that had a tablet, unfortunately getting on these sites are so easy, and she found the, that now she has a completely wacked out idea of what me and her daddy do when we are in our room. Now my fear is that when she gets older that she is going to feel that what she saw is normal and never really know what true love is. I honestly believe that some of these things are what develops rapists and murderers in a lot of cases, but it is just so easy to find now that it is horrible.
Alcohol and Drugs
This is one that just about every Family in America can relate to in some form or fashion. While Alcohol is legal is can be very devastating to families. It does NOT affect just men or women or any particular age group, in fact I would say that this one that starts long before the legal age and by the time they are of legal age is has become an addiction. Alcoholism is also a family heredity that is a big problem. There are social drinkers, these are drinkers that have a drink in asocial setting 1 or 2 times a year. They generally

War on Drugs and YOU
I am sure that in your community you have heard any Law Enforcement Officer referring to the term "War on Drugs", well do you know how this affects you, your family, or even your community? I have watched a few things trend in and out, some drugs are more popular than others for a moment and then another takes over. Have you noticed this trend in your area?
Drugs have been around for as long as the early 1800's, being used for medical purposes and recreational use. But the question is how do you stop the illegal drugs from coming into your community, or even home? I wish I had the answers but unfortunately if you will look at history of drug use in the United States you will see that about the time we think we are getting one drug off of the streets a more powerful and harmful drug is already being introduced.

Keeping Your Vessel Elevated with High-Quality Fixtures
Boat owners know that proper boat care often calls for keeping the
vessel's bottom off the ground. If the boat is allowed to sit on damp
or loose soil, the bottom could corrode and become damaged, making the
boat unsafe to take out onto the water until it is fixed. When you want
to keep your own boat off the ground in your garage or elsewhere, you
can do so by investing in equipment like boat dock lifts and other
equipment like chains or cables. You can find all of the gear you need
to keep your vessel safe and intact when you shop online.
Sling Kits and More
One of the easiest and fastest ways to get your boat lifted involves using a sling. Building a sling can be quite simple when you purchase a kit from an online store. The kit comes with all of the components you need to put the sling together. It also comes with instructions for how to build the sling. Once it is built, you can elevate the boat and keep it secured when you are not using it.
You can also find wood mounts, central pipes, and clamps when you shop online. These fixtures also help you keep the boat off the ground while it is being stored or when you are making repairs to the sides and bottoms. These fixtures are designed to be safe to use and secure enough to hold the boat's weight. They also come with instructions on how to install and use them safely.
Getting More Information
If you are new to boating or using boat lifts, you may need some more information before you make your selection online. Many of your questions and concerns can be addressed when you read the website's blog. The blog is updated regularly for your convenience.
You can also use the contact option found online. The company has two ways for contacting it. You can email if you prefer or you can use the phone number listed at the top of the website. The website offers you several different ways to answer your own questions, however. You can access instructions to the products and also request an online quote if you need information about pricing.

Winter Weather Threat, how do you prepare?
Here in the Eastern part of North Carolina where I live, we don't get much snow or any winter weather threats for that matter. When we do it is almost ALWAYS ICE, not much is snow and if we do get snow it is generally a snow, ice, sleet, and freezing rain mix. What kind of winter do you have where you are from? How do you prepare for the threat of the storms?
Sometimes it takes a little prep for us simply because we don't get it enough to keep everything on hand and we don't think to prepare early. Some of the ways we try to prepare for this great event though are as follows:
1. Flashlights and batteries, as I said we get ice mainly and ice likes to take power lines down. No power line, no power. Candles and matches also if you are just sitting in a room together, and they may just make you house smell nice while you wait for the power but DO NOT leave them burning if you are not able to get your eye on them or if you go to bed.
2. Propane, Kerosene, Wood, Depending on what secondary heat source you have. In my case I have a Kerosene heater and I will stock up on a little extra Kerosene in the event the power goes out we still have a source of heat to keep us warm.
3. Extra blankets, the heat already feels like it is having to work in over drive so we keep extra blankets in the car, in case we break down or get stranded, and home, so we don't have to run the heat so high.
4. Food, in the South for some reason everyone hears snow and they run to the store to buy ilk and bread. It has become a joke among many other states, especially those that get a lot of snow, but it is what it is. That being said, you need to have bottled water, can foods that don't necessarily have to be warmed up to eat, peanut butter, bread, any kind of food you and your family will eat that dosen't have to be kept cold or heated up.
5. Non-electric can opener, for the obvious of opening those cans of food, when the power goes out.
6. Clean, and warm clothing, done properly you can layer your clothes to keep warm and not feel quiet so wrapped up and still stay really warm. This is a practice we try to do even whe it is just cold out side.
7. Charge all cell phones, and tablets, your cellphone may be the only way you can call and check on another family member or if you have to leave call for emergency help. Tablets and other smart devices can be used to get the up to date info on what is going on with the weather. Also can be a form of entertainent, LOL
8. Fill up your gas tank before hand, If the power goes out and you have to get to the emergency room you need to know you have enough gas to get there, in major traffic and if for some reason your car was to break down, you could leave the car running while keeping warm.
9. board games, sounds silly right? Not really, now days most "Board Games" still have some type of electronic you need so get some old fashioned board games to keep the family entertained while waiting for the storm to blow over.
10. Medications, make sure you have enough to get through the storm. If you are going to run low call your Doctor or pharmacy and let them know. They can make previsions for you so you don't have to do without. Also you want to keep all your needed meds in one place, maybe an old make-up bag in case you have to leave home in a hurry you can just grab the bag and go.
11. Baby formula, diapers, wipes, baby food, I don't have a baby so I tend to forget this sometimes but a big one if you do a little ones. You don't want to have to get out in the storm for diapers when you could have prepared yourself in advance.
Most of these are NOT just for your home, in fact it would be a great idea to have a few of these on hand in your vehicle. There is nothing like being stranded on a highway, cold, no food, and no water to drink. Make a home and car emergency kit and this can be for any storm. Biggest thing to remember here is, if it is something you and your family enjoy and it is non-perishable then get it together in your storm kit.
Did I miss something that you would like to add? Leave a comment and let me know what are some other things that you feel is needed. Personally I think I need a stock pile of chocolate, you know for the long days of hyper kids, no school, and to add to my coffee or hot chocolate <3.

Chicken Casserole with a twist
I love to cook for my Family and sometimes I actually make something that just wows me. So I would like to share with you my simple recipe for Chicken casserole and then a little twist my husband added.
Chicken Casserole:
5 Leg Quarters or whole chicken
Cream of chicken soup
peppridge farm Stuffing (blue bag)
Salt and Pepper
Chicken Broth (made from boiling chickens)
Boil your leg Quarters until done, I usually let them cook until they almost fall off the bone. Remove from water/broth and place into a separate bowl to cool. While you are waiting for the chicken to cool down so you can handle it, I like to take my casserole dish nd put a layer of Cream of Chicken soup in the bottom of the dish. Once the chicken is cooled down, you can start de-boning the chicken and putting the chicken into the prepared casserole dish. Once you have removed all fat, bones, and any other part of the chicken you'd rather not eat, I usually like to take a little bit of the broth and pour over top of the chicken. Salt and pepper to taste, remember you can always add more at the table but you can't take any away! Then add another layer of Cream of chicken soup, now here is where I can't tell you how much to add because I like my casserole a little juicy. So I add about 4 cans but this is up to you. Place your stuffing mix in a bowl, melt butter and a little of the broth in the microwave. Once it is melted, pour it over the stuffing mix. Again here I don't want it soaked but I want the entire bowl to be mixed well. Then put a layer of the stuffing mix over top of the casserole and bake in the oven. I bake mine at 400 for about 30 to 45 minutes. This depends on the size of the dish you are using, you are only cooking until it is golden brown. Once it is done too perfection, remove from the oven and allow it to cool down at least 10 to 15 minutes so the cram of chicken soup isn't runny. I use a sppon, scoop and serve.
Now I told you in the beginning that my husband added a new twist to this recipe, so let me share...
I bought some of the flour tortillas because he likes the sausage Burritos (recipe coming soon) and I tend to keep these on hand most of the time. Now he is a bread eater, but this time he took a tortilla and put him some casserole in it, rolled it like a soft taco, and ate it. He said it rocks. Now you have to understand that while my husband will eat chicken he is NOT a fan of it because he worked in chicken houses growing up. So now he had rather not have but. He came back to the casserole about 5 times last night, so I know he really enjoyed this one!
If you get a chance to try this recipe, come back and let me know what you think. This is a great alternative to soup on a really cold day or night, and feeds a family of 5 to 6 maybe more depending on how much your Family can eat.

Powerball 1-13-16
Do you play the powerball? I never have before but last Saturday night I gave my husband $5.00 and told him to buy us a ticket or 2. So he came home with 2 tickets, and of curse as we all know, I did NOT win. At least not at first glance, no I didn't win thousands, hundreds, but I did win. We had one ticket that 13 as the powerball, and little did I know that, that was all I needed to get a little money back. So I took my ticket to cash in on my $4.00 win and come to find out it was a $12.00 win. So now you ask what did I do with the money, well I had a scrath off that was worth $5.00 totaling $17.00. We had $7.00 invested in tickets so I got my $7.00 back and bought 5 more numbers for a total of $10.00 for the lottery tonight. As of 1-12-16 it was at $1.5 BILLION dollars, Hello, I'm game. Will I win, who knows but I know you can't win it if you ain't in it!
Good Luck and if you win or have won anything, let us know. I get excited over the small wins just as much as the big wins. Gotta go get one more ticket, we'll see how we do!

The Movie 13 Hours, Will you watch it?
“Faith teaches you how to live with courage, how to live with honor, gives you something to strive for. To me, that’s the American spirit.”
“I’ve always had that strong relationship with God. And that’s what’s gotten me through in life.”-13 Hours
Have you heard about the Benghazi attacks? Did you know that there was a movie made about what happened in those 13 hours? Well, yes there was and I have the trailer/feature here for you to view. The movie "13 Hours" starts in Theaters January 15, 2016, and tells a story of the men that were involved in this attack and told from their perspective. I haven't seen the movie yet myself and have only watched this clip, but I have to admit, it looks like it is going to be a really good movie.
Maybe I can get my husband to take me to the movies this weekend so we can watch it. If I get the chance to watch the movie, I will def come back and do a review of the film. Rather you follow politics or not, I feel like this may be one of those, everyone needs to watch films.
What are your thoughts on the Benghazi case? The only thing I ask is that no matter what anyone posts or comments that we respect each others opinions and keep it clean. We all have our opinion and only a select few really knows what happened. Thank you and please enjoy the movie.
If you get a chance to go to the theater, please come back here and let us know what you think or thought about it.
At What age is TOO Old?
I look around and I see all the little Ladies that look like they are about to pop any day now, and I ask myself at what age is it too old to have another baby? Between me and my husband we have 3 girls and a son, but if it was up to him, he would have more!
What are your thoughts on this? I'm not even sure if it is possible for me to have another child and I think that I would just enjoy playing with others babies. That being said, on top of our own children I babysit a 3 year old and she is going to have a little Sister in January. Not only will I have mine, my 3 year old, but also I get to keep and play with the tiny new baby when she is about 2 weeks old. I think I get the best of both worlds with the exception that I did LOVE being pregnant. I play with little Melody (new baby) all day long, and her Mommy and Daddy get to sit up with her at night. Who could ask for abetter situation and to top it all off, I get paid to do this!
Just not really sure I want to go through the whole delivery process again. I am 38 years old and the last 2 babies were both C-Section, and neither were planned surgeries. Don't get me wrong, I Love everyone of my babies, and wouldn't trade anything about the entire process of getting them here, but I have fears about having another baby! After I had my son, which is now 16 years old, I was diagnosed with Cervical Cancer and I had to a Cervical Colonization Surgery done. I was told that I may never be able to carry another baby to full term, however 5 years later I delivered my first baby girl. She is now 10 years old and she was actually about 4 days over do. Now what I haven't told you yet is that my son weighed 9 pounds 5 ounces and my baby girl was 7 pounds and 4 ounces. With each baby they got smaller and shorter, and my pregnancies were harder and harder on me. If all my pregnancies were like my son, I could have had babies and just passed them out to the loving couples who couldn't have a baby, because I was never sick or anything, The only thing I didn't like about his was I gained 200 pounds from conception to delivery. With the girls I was so sick all the time and with each pregnancy it got worse.
None of this changes for my husband, he still tells me that he wants another baby. But I'm still not sure about this. What are your thoughts? Is there an age that you shouldn't be thinking about having a baby but more so looking forward to grandbabies?

Couponers and where to find the deals!
Are you a couponer? Or maybe you are trying to figure out how to get started. I myself am not what you would call the Extreme Couponer, however I always enjoy saving a buck and getting things I need. I started couponing about a year ago thinking that since I stay home that maybe I could take this time to add a little income to our Family. Now, I babysit an 11 month old and a 4 year old, plus I have a 17, 11, and 6 year old of my own and I take care of y mother that just went through pneumonia and fell before Thanksgiving. I also clean houses for 2 ladies and have a husband that never has to need for much of anything. I take care of my house and the yard work, and do all the grocery shopping. With that being said, I don't really consider my self a stay at home mom, I am more like the everything else mom. I never seem to have time to really take care of me at times, because I am so busy taking care of everyone else and in my spare time I clip coupons and blog. Yes, my blog sometimes is that getaway that is much needed.
Now onto where to find the coupons for the weekly sales!
1. Magazines generally have coupons in them, these are sometimes higher value coupons with extended expiration dates on them.
2. Sundays paper, unless it is a holiday weekend like Christmas, there can be as many as 5 inserts in a paper each week.
3. Internet coupons, now these coupons can be found from numerous sources! If you are on Facebook, then liking a companies page may trigger a coupon, you can find them on blogs, almost any social media groups, and websites. My favorite place to get printable coupons is at MyPoints, I not only get great savings but I earn points for every coupon I print and use. There are also Coupons. com and other coupon printing sites.
4. Order them, You can order individual coupons or the entire inserts depending on the site. I have never tried one of these sites so I CAN NOT vouch for them. I know of others whom have asked about them and tried them with no problems, however I haven't taken this avenue yet. I usually just google search when I am looking for coupons.
5. Email the company, a lot of the times you can email a company and tell them how great their products are, or be blunt and tell them you are looking coupons, they may send you a 1.00 off of an item or a FREE item. Naturally I love the free coupons but I love any savings so I am grateful for what they send. Not all companies will send you coupons, they may email it to you or send you to their facebook page, but none the less it is savings.
6. Friends and Family, this sounds like an obvious answer but a lot of people don't a;ways think about the obvious.
7. Store websites i.e. Dollar General has a tab for coupons. You sign up for this site and use your phone number at checkout, Harris Teeter and Food Lion have store cards that you can load coupons to the card, and they come off at the register.
8. Store Loyalty cards, by using these cards you save an automatic amount off. Maybe Pepsi's are buy 2 get 3 Free with your card and $4.99 each without it. These savings add up quick.
Once you get your coupons together you need to think about what stores you have available in your area. It may be Wal-Mart, Target, Food Lion, r a Harris Teeter. Once you have your intended store in mind, you can go online to the store website and get the coupon policy. If you have a Dollar Tree, they too accept coupons but you need to know the policy before you attempt to use the coupons there.
To get your coupons organized, this one is up to the individual. I personally have a binder with baseball card inserts. There is no rhyme or reason to the order they are in but this works for me. I also have a notebook that I write all my sales and deals in to make it easier when I go to the store. You will need a calculator, pen/pencil, notebook and coupons to get started.
Now to find the best deals, get your local store sales papers. You can find these usually in the Sundays paper. If you don't get the Sundays paper most of the time you can find the weekly circular on their website. Once you get to the site, make sure you put in your zip code and choose which store you are looking for info on. For example I have 5 Wal-Marts available in my area, once I put in my zip code then I choose which store is closest or the one I am going to.
The most important thing to remember when looking for great deals is to know what the normal price of items are. If they have say drinks buy 2 get 3 free and the reg price is $6.99 at one store and another store has them for 5/$10.00 then obviously the 5/10 is going to be the better deal. Most stores are pretty competitive in sales and coupon policies make a huge difference in what you can save.
There are also pages on Facebook like Harris teeter deals and couponing at food lion that help break sales down with the available coupons. These ladies
put a lot of time into getting these together and it really saves you and me both a lot of time and headaches of doing the math yourself.
If you can think of any other ways to save with coupons please share so other readers can save too. If I can think of anything else I will update as I can think of them. This is just a heads up and beginners guide to getting started.
Enjoy and we always enjoy reading and hearing about the savings you have made!

Guilty or Not Guilty, only he knows now!
Before I get started just let me say, that this article is my opinion. There will be links to news articles, pictures and videos. The pictures and videos were NOT taken by me and there will be a link back to those such articles.
First let's start with what we KNOW! This is a picture that circulated around on Facebook after hearing the name Kenneth Stancil, however this is NOT him. This is actually a picture of Kenneth Stancil Jr, his Father. Kenneth Morgan Stancill III had no criminal record until April 13, 2015 in which time he went to Wayne Community College and fired one shot killing Ron Dwight Lane. This isn't the kid I knew, and is the reason I am writing this post. The Morgan I knew was a cute little blonde kid who participated in everything we did in Cub Scouts, he went on to Boy Scouts and finished up as an Eagle Scout. He was an A,B student, quiet and didn't bother anyone.

PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder)
Do you know someone with PTSD? Do you know the signs or symptoms? Did you know that not just War Veterans suffer from PTSD? Anyone that has suffered a traumatic experience can suffer from PTSD. I am going to share my story with you, I suffer from PTSD and I also have a really great friend that suffers also. Here are our stories:
My friends name is Cathy, she just turned 55 years old, divorced twice and has a live in fiance now. A few years ago she worked as a lead car or escort service for wide heavy loads, mainly moving mobile homes, and then she would assist her boyfriend at the time in setting the mobile homes up. In other words she did more than just escort them from place to place. One bright sunny day, she was working with them, they had arrived at location to set the mobile home up and she was assisting in mobile home set-up. Her Boyfriend was moving the mobile home to set in place and was backing it up. What he didn't know and she didn't notice, was that he was getting very close to her. I can't really tell you how it all happened other than it happened so fast neither one ever saw it happen. By the time they realized what had happened it was too late. I'm sure you're asking well what happened? She got pinned between the mobile home and a truck. As he was backing up he was pinning her in and she couldn't even scream to stop him. This incident nearly ripped her leg off. In fact, the Doctor's told her that 1/4 inch more and she would have lost her leg, 1/2 inch more and it would have probably killed her. If she never had anything to thank God for, Now she does. That was just a few years ago and now she has trouble doing minor things, such as cleaning her house, walking, standing for any amount of time, and driving. Most of these things because of the damage done to her leg, but the PTSD comes in when she is driving, and an 18 wheeler or heavy traffic, she reverts back to that day. She literally does no more driving on account of this accident and has been in therapy ever sense.
My story, I have shared with you before. I was married to an abusive man for 3 years. He beat me daily rather I needed it or not. I have been tied to a chair, and told that I would never see the sin come up, I have been threatened to have my nipples cut off, and I have had a gun put to my head on many occasions. Now, when my husband and I get into any kind of disagreement, for whatever reason I feel like I am back with my first husband, and though David, my now husband, as never laid his hand on me, I still revert back to those feelings from the past. It has caused many problems in my now relationship and as I look back in my relationships between that marriage and this one, I see where it was a problem for me then. I have a hard time trusting Men in genral, yes this includes my dad that has done nothing but been there for me. There are times I feel that if I wasn't here that the world be in a better place. I have trouble dealing with everyday life events, and being aroud crowds that never before bothered me. With all of this being said, no I don't see a therapist. Even with insurance I can't afford it, so I rely on Family, friends, and my blog to talk this out. I have a pretty good support system, but when things get really bad, even they can't do anything about it.
I shared these stories with you for one reason, I just want everyone to know that PTSD is NOT just for Military men and women. PTSD is not just for a certain race, ethic, religion belief, or gender, it can target anyone that has suffered a traumatic event in their life. There isn't really anything that you can do for them except be a friend, a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on, and a support system that they need.

HCF (happy, Calm, Focused) Review
The advantage HCF® Happy, Calm & Focused® has over other brain supplements is simple. Typical brain supplements and memory nutrients usually rely on high-dose "50-ingredients-in-one" glorified multi-vitamins or just herbs to artificially stimulate or inhibit your brain’s "feel good" neurotransmitter levels. HCF supports feeding your brain’s own neurotransmitters with the foundational building blocks—F&Q amino acids. So you can stay at your best longer without fear of crashing. In other words, you can get the happiness, calmness, or focus you need to turn possibility into reality, whether you’re shooting for a championship or just trying to make it through your long work day.
The above are the facts shared from F&Q website, Now I would love to give you my findings and results on the product. I received a 90 day supply of the HCF supplements, at first I really was thinking this isn't going to work for me. However, I gave it a shot and took the supplements as directed. It was NOT and immediate response that I noticed or really anyone else noticed, but within time I realized, that normally when I would have been so frustrated with things or angry and wanting to scream, I was really calmer and not so angry but Happier. I know that sounds a little cliche but it really was working for me.
Here are a few examples of times when I found this product really worked for me.
1. Monthly Cycle: Most women will tell you this is a time when you really just need to stay away, but for me it is a don't look at me, don't talk to me, in fact just forget that I even exist. It is a very painful and miserable time for me and cranky doesn't begin to explain how bad in can be. I have been known to say ugly things to people I love and care deeply for in this great moment of my life, and YES, the HCF has actually seemed to curved this for me, I am no where as grumpy, angry, or sadistic as I have been in the past.
2. Full Moon: We have all heard the horror stories of the crazies coming out during a Full Moon, well now you have officially meet one of those crazies. It is almost as if I have a split personality and during a full moon I lose it. On one occasion I ended up getting in some real trouble, that now I look back on and go Really? The HCF has helped me stay more focused and not as upset with life on this occasion also.
3. Kids: Need I really say more? My 17 year old son is ADHD and Bipolar, my 11 year old daughter is ADHD and ODD (Opposition Defiance Disorder) and then I have a 7 year old. I also babysit an 11 month old and a 4 year old. It takes a lot of patience that I never seem to have to deal with what they seem to throw at me but with HCF I can manage. In fact some days you would think someone on my house was deaf because they has been known to be a lot of screaming but not when Mama is taking HCF.
4. Life and Housework: Life in general can be very stressful, and I never seem to have enough time in my day to get housework done. With HCF I am much more focused and seem to stay on one thing instead of jumping jobs and not getting anything done. at the end of the day now, I see where something has been accomplished. Also I don't seem to be as stressed over what I consider the stupid stuff and can focus more attention to the important things.
These are just a few examples that I am sharing eith you today, I promise I am a happier person, not only do I think so but my Family would agree. Growing up I was that happy little person but asan adult I have things that seem to cause stress and now I don't have to worry about them anymore. I can be the Happy person I used to be even though the problems are still there, I am just more adapted to deal with them now.
If you are a person that suffers from depression, can't seem to get focused on the task at hand, everything just gets on your nerves, and you are jumpy at times not needed, then I completely recommend this product to you. As with any medication or vitamin you should talk to your Doctor before taking and take them as recommended to get the best results. Want to know where you can order your very own bottle of HCF? You can order it at Amazon, and from the HCF website. Give it a try and let us know what you thought of the product? Did it work for you? Would you recommend this product to your family and friends? Let us know what your family noticed about you first, and I hope this works as well for you as it did for me!
