Ed Gein Serial Killer or Not?
![]() |
| this is a photo of Ed Gein |
Warning at this point in this post there are some very Gruesome Crime Scene photos that some will find offensive and others may not...However if you do not wish to see these photos please leave NOW!
Ed Gein was a man that was only convicted of killing 3 people but was marked as a serial killer. He had more of a history of going to freshly buried graves of both men and women and digging up their bodies. When I think of a grave robber I think of someone stealing jewels and other valuables from our deceased, however that wasn't what Ed Gein had in mind. His jewels and valuables were body parts. He claimed he never had sex with any of the bodies because they smelt so bad, at least something he says makes a little sense.
Ed Gein inspired a few of our favorite horror movies today, like Psycho, Leather Face, and Silence of the Lambs. He wanted to become a woman and so he decided to make his own woman suit by killing women and taking their skin to make it his self.
When the officers arrived at ed Geins house they found a female decaputaed, upside down with a crowbar between her ankles and gutted like a hog.

~Needle Work Book Review~
Needle Work is a story of a drug user, her crack man, his wife, her lover, and the family caught in the middle. Nancy is a drug user but has a heart of gold and would do anything she could to help anyone in need. Jessie is her Drug dealer, who meets 15 year old Carol. Jessie and Carol have 2 children out of wedlock before they marry. Then there is Tim who falls in love with Carol, partakes in drug use himself, and a master mind to many things. He is a proclaimed gang member from California and has killed 7 people there! This is a True story but some names have been changed to keep the privacy of family and friends involved. However this story was based on suspects and witnesses statements, crime scene photos, notes, and interviews with local officials involved.
Tim and Carol actually commit THE PERFECT CRIME and probably would have never been caught, but as in most cases something happens and you must read to find out. This has been one of the best books I have ever read and, I would reccommend this to anyone. Needle Work also ha a bonus of 16 pages of crime cene photos, and it help you really undertand the extent of the damamge.
If you are interested in buying this book, it can be purchased from Amazon, or Barnes and Nobles!

Walgreens Prescription Plan and how it affects YOU!
This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Walgreens for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.
This is a All Pain and NO gain process. Express Scripts contract with Walgreens ended on December 31, 2011. So as of January 1, 2012 a lot of Walgreens patients are having to go and find another pharmacists. In some cases they are having to drive much further to get their prescriptions filled, in return patients are spending more on their prescriptions, and having to work around ludicrous pharmacy hours. Check out Walgreens and Express Scripts plans here: Walgreens and Express Script
With Walgreens they have more convenient 24 hours for those that have hectic schedules already and also offer a drive thru. With Walgreens' you can get savings on your medication by getting a 90 day supply rather than 3 30 day supplies. They have an awesome Walgreens Prescription Savings Club and offer less expensive generic prescriptions. Walgreens' has alot of changes and and gone from long waits to prescriptions ready in 30 minutes. This is another benefit that I enjoyed as consumer because I don't have time to sit in the pharmacy all day especially if I am sick!
Walgreens' also is helping our military families with their prescriptions. You can give Walgreens your support by following Walgreens on Twitter and become a Facebook fan. Walgreens on Facebook If you enjoy the Walgreens prescription savings plan then go tweet, share, and post your thoughts and be heard!

Internet Rate Plans
Guest post by Jewel Cole
So I just recently moved out of the city in to a more rural area so that I can have a taste of, as I call it, the country life. I really loved living in the city and everything it had to offer. Takeout food delivered at whatever time of day or night I wanted it. I was within walking distance to my favorite coffee shop and boutiques. It was time for me to make a change though, so I decided to head out to the country where I can live for a while and clear my head of all the city noise. When I moved out there I found out that my utilities are not the same as they were in the city. For instance I am on well water instead of city water. The other thing that changed for me was my internet connection. It was important for me to really check out the prices and compare and see what I could find that was a good deal. I have to have the internet but I don’t want to pay an arm and a leg for it. I used this link http://www.satellitestarinternet.com/hughesnet_plans_pricing.html to find out the most recent rate plans for the internet in my area. Check it out.

Identity Theft Protection, Got it yet?
When I got home I had a lot of emails from friends wanting to know if I was OK and what was going on! So I then had to spend the next few hours sending messages to everyone and telling them I was OK that I had been spammed, and changing ALL of my passwords online! I was so thankful that they did not get into my financials but if they can hack into my computer that easy then they could get my bank records, etc just as easy.
If you or someone you know has ever been caught in an identity theft or maybe you are just looking for that Identity Theft Protection you need to check out IdentityHawk! Identity Hawk offers a lot of protection for you and your family from thieves. Your credit should be protected just as if it was one of your children. In the event that someone tries to use your personal information you can have your account set up that they send you emails or text message alerts 24/7.
In 2012 if you haven't already decided to better protect your family as a resolution, why not do it now? There is no better way to start a new year...
