Walgreens Prescription Plan and how it affects YOU!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Walgreens for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

This is a All Pain and NO gain process.  Express Scripts contract with Walgreens ended on December 31, 2011.  So as of January 1, 2012 a lot of Walgreens patients are having to go and find another pharmacists.  In some cases they are having to drive much further to get their prescriptions filled, in return patients are spending more on their prescriptions, and having to work around ludicrous pharmacy hours.  Check out Walgreens and Express Scripts plans here: Walgreens and Express Script

With Walgreens they have more convenient 24 hours for those that have hectic schedules already and also offer a drive thru.  With Walgreens' you can get savings on your medication by getting a 90 day supply rather than 3 30 day supplies.  They have an awesome Walgreens Prescription Savings Club and offer less expensive generic prescriptions.  Walgreens' has alot of changes and and gone from long waits to prescriptions ready in 30 minutes.  This is another benefit that I enjoyed as consumer because I don't have time to sit in the pharmacy all day especially if I am sick!

Walgreens' also is helping our military families with their prescriptions.  You can give Walgreens your support by following  Walgreens on Twitter and become a Facebook fan.
