Bankruptcy and our Economy

I have a family of 6 and it has become extremely hard to make ends meet.  My husband is an Electrical contractor and owns his own business, and of course everyone seems to think that "You own your own business you must be rich."  That couldn't be any further from the truth.  We struggle everyday trying to figure out how we are going to pay this bill and how are we ever going to get the taxes paid that we owe!

As of right now in almost any area, state, or level of income you are seeing foreclosure signs going up, businesses closing their doors, and people losing jobs. Unfortunately this is not a monopoly game where you just quit the game or start a new one. This is real life and something most (me included) can't handle on my own which is why Nebraska Bankruptcy Lawyer is a great decision. They are your basic Bankruptcy attorney's that can assist you with filling Chapter 7, chapter 13 or even chapter 11. They are very professional and there to help you with what is in your best interest.

As a business owner and homeowner I know too well the stresses that come from bills, taxes, and the everyday needs of a large family.  There are so many more families now going on food stamps, and medicaid to help make ends meet and feed their families!  Don't  let this be you and your family, get help before it is too late and there is someone who can help!

  1. You are right that people should not be afraid to ask for help when overwhelmed with bills, and indeed, more people need to know how many options there are available to them. Hopefully, your own experience can serve as a guide for those who have lost jobs or facing foreclosure. Too many people avoid filing bankruptcy out of personal fears, but posts like yours demonstrate the very real help Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 delivers for families like your own.
